This is currently one of my favorite lakes. The largest advantage is the lack of power boats. There are a few boats with motors but there small and the people here are friendly.
The water in this lake is crystal clear. I had some good action despite the rain and wind. The bay in the south east corner is very shallow and full of weeds. It may have some fish in it, but i will not be going into that area again. There are a lot of good laydowns, and i had never been here before this trip so i could not take advantage of them. The trout here are very active, and i may try and target them the next trip. I was the only one on the water but with the speed limit, it should remain a great place to go.
