My brother is in town and wants to go salmon fishing. I would like to hit the Columbia, but I have never fished that river for salmon. I have a 18 foot jetted sled, just no idea where to go, how to fish. The closest I have come is on the Cowlitz this summer for steelhead, but the shallow water wreck my hull enough that I really don't want to do that again, even though the water is higher now. Any recent info would be great, I don't care what kind of salmon.
