Finally Caught Something At Sudbury River Boat Ramp

This is the 4th time I fished the Sudbury River Boat Ramp off of Rt 20. The first 3 times I was skunked.

I fished for about an hour before work. This time I had a decent largemouth on a firetiger Rapala floating minnow, but I lost it.

Then I caught a second largemouth on a Texas rigged 3" watermelon Senko with black and red flake fished split shot.

I was fishing on the south side of the bridge. The current's moving there, and there seems to be better cover.

  • Cool. Thanks.

  • I've never had a problem with them. Just park as close to the tracks as possible and be mindful if the lot looks particularly full.

  • Bcodkind, thank you for the tip. I saw the tracks down the river, and thought that would be good bass cover in there.

The people at the nursery don't mind people fishing parking there?

  • you can also park at the nursery and fish from the tracks on the other side. good froggin water
